Customer Experience & Warehouse Assistant

 What will you be doing?

Some of the key responsibilities of the role includes:
– Having an excellent understanding of the brands tone of voice when communicating with a customer
– Being an ambassador for the brand, having a thorough understanding of all aspects of each collection including styles, fabrics, fits, sizing & themes
– Proactively seeking new skills opportunities relevant to the role & maintaining currency in line with industry standards
– Responding positively and enthusiastically to any requests for additional duties requested by the Assistant Warehouse Manager

Key Daily Tasks :
– Packing orders for online, and assisting packing for wholesale as requested
– Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone & live chat as requested
– Assessing returns to be processed by the Assistant Warehouse Manager
– Assisting the Stock Manager with regular stocktake & incoming deliveries
– Ensuring the warehouse is organized and supplies are sufficient for the required tasks

– Any other relevant duties as requested by Rowie or the Warehouse Manager

Who are we looking for?

Our dream customer experience & warehouse assistant would come with:
– Previous experience working in a warehouse preferably in fashion
– Able to manually handle incoming and outgoing stock, comfortable with heavy
lifting & being on your feet for extented periods of time
– Tech savvy with prior knowledge and experience with e-parcel, MyDHL, & Vend an
– A confident, articulate and eloquent personality with a genuine passion for customer
satisfaction and a sincere attitude of service
– Strong listening skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to deal with customer complaints in a calm, professional and confident
– A genuine understanding of ROWIE as a brand and ability to uphold the company’s
vision and standards in the service provided
– The capacity to take instructions and learn quickly while maintaining a high level of
organisation, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
– Ability to work collaboratively with all team members to ensure clear and effective
communication at all times & a willingness to pitch in and support other teams as
– Willingness to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment with the ability to
problem solve independently & make sound decisions with a strong sense of urgency
– The ability to see the bigger picture specifically focused on an understanding of the
ROWIE customer & our relationship with them
– A positive, confident & proactive attitude with a natural curiosity to analyse &
improve the work and themselves
– Self motivated with a desire to succeed & grow within the role and with the company
and a commitment to exceed expectations in their role


Casual Position (minimum 4-5 days a week)

Available from the 1st of February or before.

Located at our Head Office in Byron Bay
