If something isn't quite right, you may return your order for a refund or online store credit subject to the following conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Most items are able to be returned for a Refund or, if eligible, 110% Online Store Credit for full-priced items only.

Please review Product Return Type below for further information.

For Australian (domestic) orders if a Refund is requested and you elect to use our provided shipping label, $15 will be deducted from your refund. You can choose to use your own shipping label, in which case you will be responsible for organising with your selected courier, and we will not deduct a shipping label fee from your refund.

If you opt for a 110% Online Store Credit (full-priced items only), your return will be free of charge.

For International orders return shipping labels are not provided. Customers must organise their own return shipping.

Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery or store collection (45 days for orders placed between the 18th November - 2nd December 2024)

Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

Once we receive your return, our team will review item quality and ensure the supplied return reasons match. It will then be approved.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear, intimate briefs, earrings and hair accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Please try on your new shoes on soft surfaces prior to being worn as we will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches.

Store Credit is supply as a Virtual Gift Cards and is valid for 3 years from the date of issues, and cannot be returned.

Holiday Gifting Returns – Extended Timeframe

We’ve extended our return timeframe for the holiday season!

Orders placed between 18th November and 2nd December can be returned within 45 days of delivery (instead of the usual 30 days).

  • Eligible for a refund or 110% online store credit based on the above terms & conditions.

    Includes all products without a set sale price unless otherwise specified.

    Full priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event are only eligible for a store credit. This does not apply to purchases made with 10% sign up discount.

    Holiday Gifting Returns: For orders placed between 18th November and 2nd December, the return timeframe is extended to 45 days from the date of delivery.

  • Can only be returned for a credit note, based on the above terms & conditions and do not include a free return shipping label.

    Sale Items include all products with a set sale price excluding FINAL SALE ITEMS.

    Holiday Gifting Returns: For orders placed between 18th November and 2nd December, the return timeframe is extended to 45 days from the date of delivery.

  • FINAL SALE ITEMS are not able to be returned, refunded or exchanged. Prices are marked accordingly for clearance.

    By purchasing a product marked with 'FINAL SALE ITEM' you agree to these terms at the time of placing order.
