Australia (Domestic)

Due to extreme weather conditions in south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales, Australia Post has temporarily paused operations in affected areas from midnight Wednesday, 5 March. Post Offices in the region will also be closed from Thursday, 6 March. Deliveries in and out of these areas may experience delays. Services will resume once it is safe to do so.

We’re so grateful for the continued support from our US customers - it means the world to see ROWIE pieces worn and loved around the globe.

Due to upcoming US tariff changes coming into effect on May 2, and public holidays affecting dispatch from our Australian warehouse, we recommend placing your order by April 17 to ensure on-time delivery.

Please note: Some ROWIE garments are made in ChinaIndonesia, and Europe, and may be impacted by these changes after May 2. We’ll be sharing more details on how this may affect international orders soon.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Due to recent US tariff changes and some of our products being made in China, we now exclusively offer DHL Express for all US orders. Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and will be collected separately by DHL prior to delivery.

    We’re actively reviewing these changes and working towards a more transparent and seamless international shipping experience.

  • All express orders shipping to the UK are dispatched with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
    Prices displayed in GBP include all applicable duties and taxes, meaning your order will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

    All Other International Customers (Outside the UK & NZ)
    For all other international orders, import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected by the courier (e.g. DHL) before delivery.

    As customs policies vary by country, we’re unable to predict these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

  • Our sincere apologies for the delay with your order! We ask that you first please check Australia Post for any disruptions within Australia (Domestic) or International, and if you require further assistance, please contact us.

  • If you have placed an order and would like to make any changes, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so occasionally changes cannot be made.

    Please make sure you choose your items carefully and enter the correct shipping details before placing your order. We aim to assist with any change requirements however, please note we cannot guarantee your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment and once the order has left our premises, we are unable to make any changes. You will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend your order if it is returned to sender.

  • Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express. However, due to shipping restrictions and carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries:
