Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ROWIE! 

If something isn’t quite right, you may return your order for a refund or store credit (supplied as a virtual gift card) subject to the following conditions:

Full Priced Items - Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery or store collection. Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or 110% store credit.

Sale Items - Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery or store collection. Sale items are eligible only for store credit.

Final Sale Items - Products marked with FINAL SALE ITEM are not able to be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Prices are marked accordingly for clearance. By purchasing a product marked with FINAL SALE ITEM, you agree to these terms at the time of placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear, intimate briefs, earrings, and hair accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Please try on your new shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them outside, as we will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches.

If item quality review is approved, eligible full-price and sale items can be refunded or exchanged for store credit according to the terms above.


Return Process

Customers are responsible for organising and covering the cost of return shipping for all returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for international orders.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons all swimwear, intimate briefs, earrings and hair accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item for a refund (where applicable) and place a new order. Alternatively, opt for store credit when lodging your return — once assessed and approved, the credit will be issued and can be used to purchase the size or style you’d like instead.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and assessed your return. Once approved, your refund (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., Virtual Gift Card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Afterpay, or Klarna). Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
