We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ROWIE!
If something isn't quite right, you may return your order for a refund or online store credit subject to the following conditions.

Terms & Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed and with tags attached
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Returns are reviewed on arrival to ensure item condition and return reason align
  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, placed inside a protective outer carton
  • Store credit is supplied as a virtual gift card, valid for 3 years, and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
  • We no longer offer prepaid return labels; customers are responsible for organising and covering return shipping costs
  • Full-price items are eligible for a refund or 110% online store credit
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only, equivalent to the price paid for the product
  • Final sale are not eligible for refund or store credit
  • All styles discounted during a flash/promotional sale with a code, automatic discount or physical markdown can be returned for a credit note only, to the value of the price paid for the product
  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery

Product Return Type

  • Full-price items are eligible for:

    • A refund, or
    • 110% online store credit

    Eligibility is subject to the return conditions below and the purchase context (see Promotional Purchases).

  • Items marked Sale are eligible for return for store credit only, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Store credit will be issued to the value of the price paid for the product.

  • The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty:

    • Swimwear
    • Intimate briefs
    • Earrings
    • Hair accessories

    Items marked Final Sale on the product page are also not eligible for return unless faulty.

  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotional event — including flash sales, sitewide promotions, items reduced in price on-site, or products discounted as part of a sale promotion at checkout — are considered promotional purchases.

    Where applicable, these items are eligible for store credit only, even if they are usually considered full-price products.

    Welcome discounts do not classify an item as promotional, provided the product itself is not on sale or part of a promotional event at the time of purchase.

    Any return conditions relating to promotional items will always be clearly noted on the relevant product or collection page at the time of purchase.

  • If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos.
    All faults are assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Footwear must be returned unworn and unmarked, including:

    • The original shoe box
    • All protective packaging (if applicable)

    The shoe box must be placed inside a protective shipping satchel or box. The shoe box alone is not suitable as external packaging.

    Returns sent without appropriate outer packaging may not be accepted or may incur a repackaging fee.

    Please try shoes on indoors, on a soft surface. Footwear showing sole markings, scratches or signs of wear will not be accepted.

    • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty
    • Returns are processed within 3–5 business days once received at our Byron Bay warehouse
    • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery
    • Return shipping, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
    • Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable through ROWIE

How Returns Work

  • Log your return via the Returns Portal using your order number and email address.
    Select the item(s), choose your return reason and follow the instructions provided.

  • To be eligible for return, items must:

    • Be lodged within 30 days of delivery
    • Be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
    • Have all original tags attached
    • Show no signs of wear, damage or alteration

    Once your return is received, our team will review item condition and ensure the supplied return reason aligns. Returns are approved once this process is complete.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Store credit is issued as a virtual gift card and sent via email.
    It is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

  • We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
    If you’d like another size or style, please return your item and place a new order using your store credit.

  • If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos.
    All faults are assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • You’re welcome to drop off your online return at our ROWIE boutique instead of posting it back. Please note:

    • All online returns must have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation). Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted in-store.

    • Please ensure your RMA is included with your parcel when dropping it off.

    • Returns are not processed in the boutique. Our in-store team will pass your parcel to our Returns Department at HQ.

    • Because of this, there may be delays in processing for boutique drop-offs.

    • For the fastest turnaround, we recommend posting your return directly to the address provided in your RMA approval.
